1. Claim for bad fruits: for any bad fruits caused by re-transportation or delay, please take photos within 2 hours after receiving the goods* (express bill and total number of bad fruits) and send it to the customer service.
2. Wrong address: any consequence resulting from rejection or long-time no acknowledgement of receipt should be borne by the customer.
3. Claim for lost parcel: reimbursable if it is caused by the express company and not claimable if it is lost after being delivered and signed (subject to the information on the express service).
*"2 hours after receiving the goods” refers the time period from the parcel's receving time recorded in the system.
